What should I do if I need to cancel my order?

At Stainless Steel Store, we start producing your order immediately once it's placed. Many of our products ship out the same day, and we carry a number of made-to-order items that we begin to build as soon as an order is submitted. For these reasons, it is sometimes not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you email or call us with a cancellation request before 4pm PST the same day your order is placed, we will do our best to assist you. We regret that we cannot always accommodate cancellation requests that come in later than 4pm the day an order is placed.
