The Cucina D'Amico Kitchen Cart with Walnut Butcher Block provides a portable work space and extra storage for your kitchen. The 5-inch thick solid walnut butcher block top features end grain construction and is treated with the standard Boos Block Cream Finish with Beeswax. The Boos block cream penetrates deeply into the grains of the wood, leaving a silky wax barrier to lock moisture in, and allows your board to be used as a cutting surface. End grain is the strongest construction for butcher blocks providing a surface that cushions the knife blade, keeping your knives sharper longer. The base of this cart is food service grade stainless steel and has 3-inch commercial grade casters that lock into place for stability. There's a convenient towel rack on one end that doubles as a handle for wheeling the cart to where you need to use it. A tubular stainless steel shelf lets you store your most used appliances, mixing bowls, or cookbooks. This cart delivers extra work space and storage that can easily be wheeled anywhere you need to use it.
