The table is made of 16-gauge stainless steel that's reinforced with a 1" x 2" channel running the entire length of the table and can hold 360 lbs. The top is also sound deadened to minimize noise, and features Boos' exclusive Stallion Edge on the front and rear edges to maximize safety. The side edges are bent at 90 degrees for perfect table line-up. At 36-inches high, this work table stands at the perfect height for food preparation tasks and comes with adjustable bullet feet for easy leveling. An optional stainless steel roller bearing drawer, shelf, and casters are available to customize this table to suit your needs.
